  • Please read all ordering policies carefully. Purchases constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth herein. Kismet Holdings Group only accepts and ships orders in the United States.

  • Product(s) may be returned within 30 days of delivery receipt. To be eligible for a return, product(s) must be in working condition, unless not working upon receipt, and include all components and accessories. Be sure to understand the “refunds” policy before initiating a return. Returns will not be accepted without authorization and must include original packaging, tags, and manuals. Customers with ineligible returns are responsible for return shipping and a 5% restocking fee (based on order total) to cover processing and handling expenses.

  • Seller shall be responsible for the goods until they are received at the destination point. It is the responsibility of customer to inspect product(s), upon receipt, for delivery damage and working condition. If product is damaged or defective, you must document by taking photographs and contact us immediately for a Return Merchandise Authorization.

  • Once received, we will inspect the product(s) for eligibility. If product(s) are returned for any other reason besides seller error, damage, or manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost plus a 5% restocking fee (based on order total) to cover processing and handling expenses. 

    • Approved refunds will be returned via the original purchase payment method

    • Allow 15 - 30 business days for refund processing processing

  • Seller warrants products free from defects in materials and workmanship effective upon date of receipt and good for the warranty period of three(3) years. In the event product cannot be repaired, a replacement product will be issued at no cost within the warranty period.

  • Orders are processed and shipped, when product is in stock, within two business days after receipt of payment during regular business hours (Monday thru Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST, excluding holidays). Allow 5 - 7 working days for delivery unless outside the contiguous United States or expedited shipping has been requested. Additional shipping costs may apply for locations outside the continuous United States.

  • This website will calculate applicable taxes within the United States. Tax exempt orders are processed offline - please email your certificate and order information to: info@hivamatus.com
